Configuration

AMS allows you to customise your settings so that you can display the most important information for your school. You can select the currencies you use, your accrediting bodies, your pricing term(s), airports close to your school, insurance costs, and school holidays. The information you enter here will be used by agency counselors to help your students plan for their educational experience.

Accommodation

With AMS you can specify many details about what sets your housing apart from other schools. Be sure to include an attractive picture in the photos section!

Programs

The information you enter here will be the most crucial data for counselors and needs to be accurate. We provide you with tuition calculators to calculate weekly program costs as well as allow you to create master templates to make the process of adding multiple programs in different bracnhes easier than ever.

Photos

Heres your chance to shine. This section lets you upload photos of your school that can be shared with students through their counselors. You can upload pictures of any size and of most formats. Be sure to load as many as you can because there is no limit!

File Management

This section gives your school the opportunity to make your movies, brochures, pamphlets, and other files available to agencies for download. Counselors will use these files to help connect you with students. You simply upload your files and they are immediately available to counselors. It is a very useful feature that makes information distribution easy while saving your school paper and shipping costs.

Agency Management Center

With the Agency Management Center your school can select agencies based on your preferences by adding or blocking agencies or regions. You can even offer promotional prices to whole countries or specific agencies. AMS allows you to preserve your established working relationships with agencies and create new ones!
