What is AMS?

It is a software designed to meet the needs of educational agencies worldwide. It is the end product of years of research and development and is especially designed to increase the number of enrollments your agency receives.

How much does AMS cost?

AMS software is available to download after paying a one time license fee US$100. This also entitles you to 15 free credits. The license fee gives your agency unlimited access to download AMS, so you can install it on as many computers in as many different offices as you wish.

AMS pricing is based on a prepaid credit system. 1 student enrollment = 1 credit = US $3.99.

You only need to use credit when you have a student enrollment.

Who is AMS for?

AMS is designed for education agencies who work with language schools, high schools, colleges and universities, summer schools, Work and Travel programs and range of other academic and non-academic s programs.

Is there a special version of AMS designed for management?

AMS is actually BOTH a management version and a counselor version. How? AMS has management tools that allow managers to have unlimited access to the program while giving them complete control over the level of access available to their staff.

How many schools does AMS come with?

AMS' school database is growing every day.  So far, AMS has hundreds of schools including some of the biggest schools in the industry entering their data into the system. For a complete list of schools already in the system, click here.

What if some of my partner schools are not listed in AMS?

No problem. Simply invite them to join AMS by using the invitation form in the School Resource Center. This email is sent to the partner school and to AMS staff who will follow up the invitation with the school. AMS is a FREE service for schools and is a great way to promote school programs.

Where is my data stored? Who has access to it?

Your agency's data is stored only on the computers in your network. None of your agency's valuable data is kept online and no one will ever have access to it but you.

What operating system does AMS run on?

Can AMS run on Mac or Linux?

AMS currently does not run on MAC or Linux. We are in the process of developing these versions and will have them available soon.
